This is the board that is normally horizontal below the fascia that you can normally see from street level, we can fit and provide soffits in a variety of styles and colours (black and white are most popular) and they can even be vented to allow air flow improvements in your roof space.

Older properties typically have timber soffits and fascias, we nearly always recommend replacing old wooden boards with modern uPVC soffits and fascias to give you a hard-wearing, weather-proof, long-lasting and great looking roof.
